12/2/2023 0 Comments Athlean x results![]() I definitely feel bigger than when I started and I do think the cumulative fatigue concept holds as lot of merit. In saying that if these results are accurate I have made some steady progress. I will not however be taking these results as gospel – I am just using them as a barometer and to give me a guideline of the direction of my progress. Over the last 8 weeks I have added 5.13 pounds of Lean muscle and also decreased my BF % from 12 to 10.7 % which is very good considering there was a strong possibility that added fat may be a consequence of the increased calories in Phase I. ![]() I must say that my Phase I results have been quiet good according to my weekly progress chart. So now that I’m finished Phase I of my training program I thought I do a quick review of my results so far and my thoughts on Phase I as well as detailing my goals on Phase II.
